Sample Preparation

Products generally debug samples first, from color to texture. During the trial production process of small samples, engineers will conduct various tests on samples, such as color stability test, temperature test, drop resistance test, microbial test, etc. Adjust the formula and process according to the test results to ensure that the samples meet the requirements.

Production

Weigh the corresponding raw materials according to the formula to ensure their quality and stability. Use a three-roller machine to grind the color powder to make it fine enough to improve the ductility and silkiness of the lipstick. Then mix the ground color powder with raw materials such as oil and fat, grind it through a metal roller to fully blend the color and oil, and put the mixed raw materials into the laboratory emulsifier for homogenization and emulsification. Then fill the liquid into the lipstick tube or mold to make a sample.

Cooling and Demoulding

The cooling line speed cannot be higher than 20 to avoid poor freezing effect and defective products from demolding. After cooling, use a shovel tool to scrape off the excess paste, use a mold opener to carefully remove the upper mold, and then send the mold to the demolding area. The demolding personnel check the appearance and remove defective products. For qualified lipsticks, rotate the inner bead to the card position, cover the lid.

Packaging and Assembly

Put the lipstick in a lipstick tube or other packaging container, label it, and put it in a box. At the same time, quality inspection is carried out to ensure that each lipstick meets the standards.

Warehousing and Delivery

The packaged lipstick products are transported to the warehouse and placed according to the order classification. According to the customer order, the delivery is arranged in order and requirements. During the delivery process, pay attention to the control of transportation conditions to prevent the lipstick from deformation or deterioration due to high or low temperature.
